环氧地坪为啥要保养?

保定环氧地坪是一种涂膜型的地坪种类,附着力强,抗折,抗压,耐磨性能优越,具有不错的耐酸,耐溶剂的性能。但再好的东西也有承受极限和使用寿命,为了更好的使用环氧地坪,在日常使用时就要注意保持保养。

Baoding epoxy floor is a kind of coated floor with strong adhesion, flexural resistance, compressive resistance, excellent wear resistance, good acid resistance and solvent resistance. But no matter what is good, it also has endurance limit and service life. In order to use epoxy flooring better, we should pay attention to maintaining it in daily use.

1、勤清洁。清洁主要是要清理砂粒和腐蚀性液体,因为砂粒存在在地坪漆涂膜表层,当人员车辆行走时,会加大地坪的磨损;

1. Be diligent and clean. Cleaning is mainly to clean sand and corrosive liquids, because sand exists on the surface of the floor paint, when people and vehicles walk, it will increase the wear of the floor;

腐蚀性液体则是侵蚀地坪的高危险物质,虽然地坪漆具有一定的防腐蚀性能,但一般只能耐30%的盐水,和10%的硫酸,并且一般在12天内。如果腐蚀性液态浓度高于数值,停留时间超过时限,那地坪将会受到损害。

Corrosive liquids are the high-risk substances that erode the floor. Although the floor paint has certain anti-corrosion properties, it can only withstand 30% salt water and 10% sulfuric acid, and generally within 12 days. If the corrosive liquid concentration is higher than the value and the residence time exceeds the time limit, the floor will be damaged.

2、减少摩擦。对地面产生摩擦主要来之人员和车辆。员工进入保定环氧地坪洁净区域时,应换成软底鞋,以达到减少人员摩擦的损耗。

2. Reduce friction. People and vehicles are the main sources of friction on the ground. When employees enter the clean area of Baoding epoxy floor, they should change into soft soles to reduce friction loss.

车辆摩擦。运输用叉车,拖车在环氧地坪区域使用,需要注意尽量保持平稳速度,并避免刹车。在货物卸货,堆放时,避免货物侧面,尖角对环氧地坪造成刮伤。

Vehicle friction. Forklift trucks and trailers used in epoxy flooring areas need to keep as steady as possible and avoid braking. When unloading and stacking the cargo, avoid scratching on the epoxy floor caused by the side and sharp angle of the cargo.

3、及时修补。当环氧地坪出现破损,应及时修补,以免污染物质渗入涂膜和混凝土内部,一旦污渍渗入内部并顽固的与地层结合,将加大返修难度。

3. Repair in time. When the epoxy floor is damaged, it should be repaired in time to prevent pollutants from infiltrating into the coating and concrete. Once the stains infiltrate into the interior and stubbornly combine with the formation, it will increase the difficulty of repairing.
