    一、二层涂装系统：

First, two-layer coating system:

    1、选用材料及特点：封闭底漆和无溶剂环氧自流平面涂、石英砂封闭底漆多选用无溶剂型，渗透性和封闭性好；而这种无溶剂环氧自流平面涂通常由环氧树脂、固化剂、颜色和助剂等组成，不含或少含填料，而在现场将甲乙混合后，还须再加一定比例和粒度的石英砂（粉）配成镘涂料浆，用锯齿刮板镘涂后，再用钉子辊筒辊压表面消泡和助流平。

1. Selection of materials and characteristics: Sealing primer and solventless epoxy self-flowing primer, quartz sand self-flowing primer are mostly solvent-free, with good permeability and sealing performance; and this kind of solventless epoxy self-flowing primer is usually composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, color and additives, without or with little filler, while mixing A and B in the field. After closing, a certain proportion and size of quartz sand (powder) should be added to prepare the coating slurry. After being coated with serrated scraper, the surface defoaming and leveling AIDS will be rolled by nail drum.

    2、施工要点：因为二次成型，所以这种工法在不平地面做薄的自流平时，需先对地面进行修补和找平，否则施工后平整度不佳；其次，封闭底漆一定要能保证完全封闭底材孔隙；三是钉子辊筒一定要用。3、主要特点：这种工法主要为外资地坪涂料企业（特别是欧美企业）所采用或推荐，施工工序少，所需工期短，质量相对也好控制，但材料费用高（主要面涂用量大），对平整度高的基材地面尤其适用。

2. Key points of construction: Because of the second shaping, it is necessary to repair and leveling the ground before making thin self-flow on uneven ground, otherwise the smoothness is not good after construction; secondly, the sealing primer must ensure the complete closure of the pore in the base material; thirdly, the nail roller must be used. 3. Main features: This method is mainly adopted or recommended by foreign-funded floor coating enterprises (especially European and American enterprises). It has fewer construction procedures, shorter construction period and better quality control. However, it has high material cost (large amount of main surface coating), and is especially suitable for the base material with high smoothness.
